HPS Global Consulting's Executive Leadership Team, lead by Peter Hartley, is committed to enabling our customers to take advantage of best practices in project, program and portfolio management. Peter Hartley, Managing Director
For over 20 years, Peter has been renowned in the Portfolio Management industry. Peter founded HPS Global Consulting in 2007, and has continued his drive to become an advisor and trusted partner with our clients across the globe.
Peter holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business, a Master of Architecture from the University of Washington and a BA in Fine Arts from Dartmouth College. He enjoys golfing when he isn't flying around the world helping his clients implement creative business solutions.
Sheila Noonan, VP Finance and Operations
Sheila drives the operations, strategic planning and financial direction of HPS Global Consulting. She has a background in cooperate planning, corporate lending, and risk management starting her career with Citi in New York City.
Sheila holds and a BA in Economics from Vassar College, and a Master of Architecture from the University of Washington.
In keeping with HPS Global Consulting's Corporate Culture, her volunteer activities include Board Membership with The Seattle Symphony Orchestra and The Seattle Garden Club. In addition, she has held Board positions with The Seattle ARCS Foundation (Achievement Rewards for College Scientists), Northwest Choirs, and The University of Washington's Henry Art Gallery.
Stuart Hartley, Principal Consultant
Stuart is the premier work-flow analysis lead, building one of a kind systems for HPS Global Consulting. Since joining the company in 2008, he has played an integral role to the team and has been highly influential to our organization and partners.
Stuart holds a dual MA in Business Management and Philosophy from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland.
He is a Founding member, and the current Treasurer of the University of St. Andrews Alumni Club of New York.
Katherine Haden, VP Global Marketing
Katherine plays a key role leading the vision and strategic marketing direction of HPS Global Consulting. Prior to joing the firm in 2012, she held top marketing positions for global brands such as Tiffany & Co. and LVMH.
Katherine holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business, with specializations in Product Marketing and Management, and a BS in Management from New York University.
In addition she volunteers as a member of the FIAF (The French Institue Alliance Francaise) Task Force and The Fresh Air Fund.
Giles Tucan, Business Consultant
Giles has worked in a variety of industries focusing on the optimization of companies' internal systems. He joined HPS Global Consulting in 2015 but has been working with HPS since 2012.
Giles holds a MA in History from the University of St. Andrews and an MA in Economics from The New School.
His interest include Squash and Rugby in particular following the Scottish rugby team.
Krishna Behera, Senior Technical Consultant
Krishna has over 18 years experience in the Information Technology sector, working with both commercial and federal clients such as National Cancer Institute, US Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and Saudi Aramco.
Krishna brings his strong technical expertise to the HPS Global Consulting Team through installation management, technical oversight, and custom development and application software design.
